To put it simply, Amna gave me a reset. She helped transform my vulnerabilities into my strengths. The sessions were easy to schedule. She paced them to my comfort. I had never sought out coaching before. But as a young physician in fellowship as well as a mom to 2 girls, I was realizing that I am extremely burnt out and am unable to maintain a work life balance.
